At Madison House Bakery, we believe great bread starts with simple ingredients, time-honored techniques, and a whole lot of heart. P.S. Meet Sheldon, our Operations Manager. While he stays out of the kitchen and leaves the baking to the professionals, he excels at micromanaging everything we do! (We love a good rescue dog around here. Bonus points if it is a Frenchie).
