At Madison House Bakery, we believe great bread starts with simple ingredients, time-honored techniques, and a whole lot of heart. What began as a small passion project has grown into a genuine love for crafting high-quality, natural and yeast leavened breads and baked goods that nourish and delight.

Our loaves are made with care—slow-fermented, hand-shaped, and baked fresh in small batches. From crusty sourdough to savory focaccia and classic bagels, every item reflects our commitment to flavor, texture, and tradition.

P.S. Meet Sheldon, our Operations Manager. While he stays out of the kitchen and leaves the baking to the professionals, he excels at micromanaging everything we do! (We love a good rescue dog around here. Bonus points if it is a Frenchie).
